In 2014 the covers came off the beautiful seating, lights, acoustic walls and accessories at the newly refurbished Bristol University Winston Theatre.
Accordial was thrilled to have been awarded this project working in conjunction with Feilden Clegg- Bath and Contractor Galliford Try.
Advanced acoustic walls were created using SoundFlex absorption panels and were constructed using Douglas Fir veneer and solid frames in Douglas Fir.
The ‘Link Portals’ in the reception area were all made from solid Douglas Fir.
The improved sound within the theatre from the acoustic walls has no doubt helped with a wide range of performances that have taken place since then.
